Clear written language, easy to understand layout, great illustrations and visuals.

You can access this text for free online but it is nice to have a physical copy for highlighting and underlining text.

The media could not be loaded. A heavy book! But very easy to understand and the photos were colored and clear. The pages were smooth and nice quality. Its an affordable book especially for science textbooks.My only reason taking out 1 star is that it doesn't have answer keys to the review questions.

I got this book for my daughter. She is in 8th grade and needed to study for science Olympiad.She is been getting good grades due to this book. Easy to understand and questions in each chapter help to guide towards your weak areas.

The book has references to website. Hyperlinks.Entire text is onlinemicrographs and video links all work.

This was an excellent anatomy textbook that was required for my college course. It is easy to read and well organized.

I used it for teaching. It has nice figures and good terms and review in each chapter. It has free online version but I enjoy the hard cover. It is explained nicely and gradually. Well written and updated.
