I didn't know what to expect with something in the magsafe line. A magnet strong enough to use but able to come off with some force. It's a fine line and this works. It's easy to apply to the right case, a bit awkward at first but fits to your comfort level. It's very flexible with functionality as you can fold it out to suit your needs. It folds down nicely and the design means it won't be too much of an incumbrance.

It takes a while getting used to but the magnet is very strong and will SNAP on to the case. The ring doubles as a stand too, so it’s super useful. The ring is of good quality.

Had this for 8 months now, hinges still as tight as when it was new. I fiddle with it all the time I'm holding my phone, so I was expecting it to start wearing out after a few months. The double ring gives me a multitude of ways to have my phone displayed on different surfaces, and I've even used it to hang the phone for videoing! Coupled it with a MagSafe rear cover and it's never let me down. When it eventually wears out, i'll be getting another one.

I have purchased a number of different makes of Magsafe stand over the last month or so as I am often travelling for work via train and they are very handy so you do not have to support your iPhone if completing an email or watching the odd NETFLIX special however after a few days use they invariably lose tension and on my iPhone 13 Max Pro fail to support the phone either vertically or horizontally or simply fall over.The other issue is they often have a flip out leg that is too short so when used vertically the angle is too low.I think ESR have nailed it as after several days the tension is still holding and because they have 2 extending rings to act as the stand(see pics) you get a much better angle when used vertically and overall much more stability on both axis.The magnet is also quite robust compared to others.In essence a simple solution executed well, Recommended

Once fitted to my phone it was near impossible to retract the two circles. The circles are rounded so you can’t lift them without having removed the whole ring. Then it’s fine. Maybe it’s designed this way and I’m doing this and sounding stupid! Hey ho… quality of materials is good. Stopped using it and now is in the draw and will gather dust until I bin it!

Just after two years it loosen up external ring, so cannot be used as a kickstand anymore. After 2 years! Going to buy another one cause it was so good!

It only lasted a month before if split on two. Can't say I'm best pleased, magnetic worked great but can't excuse weak structure

I used to think MagSafe was a gimmick…until I bought this thing.There have been many situations where it would be convenient to be able to prop my phone up. My wife has long had a case with a built-in loop type thing & she loves it. So, i thought “why not” and I’ll try this. If I hate it I can return it, and I loved that since it’s magnetic I can obviously detach it whenever I want too. It’s not as big a commitment as a case with a built-in Loop/Handle. Lol.Well, I NEVER detach this thing from my phone. I’m seriously never without it. i absolutely love it. The magnet is surprisingly strong and has never fallen off accidentally. The only way this thing falls off is when I’m wearing ONE specific backpack of mine, the straps of which seem to be custom-designed to sweep this right off the back of my phone. 🤬🤬But that’s the best part; even though this thing has hit the pavement multiple, multiple times, and I’ve owned it well over a year (longer?) it still functions as if it was brand new. I have NO clue how ESR engineered this thing so that the articulating parts stay so tight & firm, esp and even after CONSTANT, DAILY use, and a whole lot of drops, but holy cow - it’s amazing. This thing is SOLID and extremely well designed.It has taken some good dings / divots / scratches because of my stupid backpack brushing it off, but again; that’s my fault. Other than firmly being swept off, this thing holds like crazy, and even though it’s fallen dozens of times, it still works like new & doesn’t look THAT bad, all things considered. I’m still extremely happy with it, and still surprised how much I really love using this thing. it is just so darn handy.It also makes your phone a lot easier to hold for extended periods of time.Overall, 10/5 little device. If you have ever even had the slightest inclination to buy something like this, BUY IT!
