This is my second Jabra Evolve 75 headset. I love these headsets for several reasons:1) Easy to use - just plug in the bluetooth dongle, lay it over your head and switch on (small slide button you'll get used to), control volume by clicking up or down the ear muff side panel which momentarily displays a volume level bar on your screen when changed and lifting the boom auto-mutes your voice2) Great sound quality - this SE version doesn't have the same presence in conversation though appears great for music3) Lays flat if placed atop a table, or better when hung over a charger base which charges via a USB cord (sold separately)4) Distance has increased so you can talk freely whilst walking away5) Is reliableMy first headset broke where the ear muff side with the boom disengaged from the over the head band, but then it had been used on and off throughout business days for around 5 years.Others have mentioned that when the headset is having issues it's time to replace it. For me that meant pairing with my mobile phone dropped requiring re-pairing or a call suddenly drops from the headset defaulting to your mobile phone.

The headset is great. It blocks out most of the noise, but let's me still hear enough that I can hear the dogs wanting to go out or when people need to ask a question. I love the ability to flip up my mic to mute the headset and walk around the house when I am on a meeting. I can even go out back to almost the driveway before it starts to get staticky

I bought this headset March 2024 and it worked great for the first 2 months. Mic issues started occurring when I would speak but it would not capture my sound. I would have to play around with the position of the mic until it captured sound again. Unfortunately by June 2024 the mic had completely gave out and I had to cut my losses. I needed a product that would work consistently. Around May when the mic issues started it had already been past the 30 day return window which is why I tried to ride it out for as long as I could, but ultimately it wasn’t very long. They should sell a warranty or extend the return window.It’s unfortunate because this headset is pricey and a well known brand. I’m barely getting around to this review now because I had forgot all about it until I found it just now and debating if to throw it out. Im hoping someone can reach out to see if maybe they can fix it.

I purchased these at my last job at a call center. I worked remotely and have dogs at home that will randomly bark at the slightest noise, and these eliminated that background noise from any of my calls. They are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. They hold a charge for a pretty long time. When used daily, I was probably charging them every couple of days just to be on the safe side. I left that job in August, and I have used them for a few personal calls where I didn't want the call to be disturbed, and they worked great with my cellphone as well. The first time I used them with my cell, I pulled them out of the drawer three months after leaving my job, and they still had 14 hours of talk time (they tell you when you turn them on). That is some impressive battery life, even when off.

I have used these for over a year and though they hold up fine, if you wear glasses or reading glasses, they are extremely uncomfortable to wear for longer than an hour or so. In general they are uncomfortable after just a few hours and tend to slide around on your head a lot. Because of the comfort issues, I have to balance the arms of my reading glasses above my ears so the ear pads don't crush my ears into them. Also, the noise cancelling is mediocre as they aren't over-the-ear headphones so sound leakage is constant.

The mute feature on the swiveling mouth piece did not work when it arrived. All else worked and it arrived on time.
