Made Yogurt more to Taste
The drops made our Greek yogurt more to my wife’s taste and so were worthwhile.

Supremely Sweet
This little bottle might actually outlast humanity. You only need to use the tiniest amount- one drop tastes like one spoon of sugar.I've used this predominantly in lattes and baking and it flavours absolutely beautifully when used in moderation.However...if you get a little over enthused with that pipette you may wind up throwing your creation away...the flavour just doesn't build in the same way as sugar. It goes from just right at one or maybe two drops to DEATH BY SWEETNESS if you cross that line to three and beyond. Buyer beware indeed! This actually makes it ridiculously frugal, though. For a lovely caramel latte, I pop one drop into my unsweetened almond milk as I froth it and one drop into the coffee.Stevia is great as it is a natural product and doesn't have a detrimental effect on blood glucose response as other sweeteners sometimes do. Unlike many stevia products, this really doesn't have a bad aftertaste at all, and tastes more along the lines of xylitol.I've been really impressed and will absolutely be repurchasing when I'm eighty and the bottle finally runs out.

Less is better
The best way to use this, for me, so far, has been to add just two drops to a mug of tea. That makes the tea taste like I've added half a suger to it, and is nice. Anything more than that and I get an entirely different flavour dynamic that I can't really place, and doesn't appeal in the same way. Two drops in a cup of tea, and I wouldn't otherwise have known is was anything other than half a spoon of sugar. I've been off sugar for ages though, so might also help to bare that in mind - my memory of half a teaspoon of sugar in tea my not be as reliable as I think it is!I am however able to be a little more generous with it in plain yoghurt, about 100g yoghurt takes 3-4 drops. I've also got the lemon flavour one, and although the lemon itself isn't very strong in taste (still present though - can tell there's lemon in it), that's rather a nice one to add to yoghurt.I will actually buy it again, but I think it needs a little getting used to. I've mostly been using erythritol, previously, which tastes a little better, however (I'm on Keto btw) I've heard that the two combined are quite complimentary, so aim to give that a try in my next fat bomb concotion.I've given it 3 stars for flavour because it's not a massive win as yet. Some people have found it to be repulsive, in certain reviews, but I saw on the bottle it recomended 5 drops in a cup of coffee - and my experience of 3-4 drops of it in tea would make me advise against that recomendation. Less is more with this one, in my opinion.I stuck 5 drops of it into a duck fat (100g) and chocolate (100g - 85%) FAT BOMB - and that worked really well, in the same manner as 2 drops did in my tea.

YMMV
It really comes down to 'your mileage may vary' with stevia products.I've read previous reviews and there's everything from '2 drops is sweet enough' - to 10 drops - to 'anything more than 3 drops and it's awful'.My own taste buds - which prefer sweet coffee (i.e, 2 tsp regular sugar, 3 tablets Splenda) means that 12 drops of the natural Stevia was barely enough. I daren't go further and ruin my coffee because I was really wanting it at the time.It doesn't taste 'sweet' either, more like my brain is being tricked to a sensation of sweetness. Which although comes with the territory of most sweeteners, is very pronounced with Stevia drops.I also have been using Stevia tablets (pink brand) for a few years and prefer those. Why? Because they're mixed with Erythritol, which I find the nearest to sugar taste for baking that I've found. HOWEVER, erythritol is now known to cause a rise in blood pressure, possible blood clotting (!!) and spikes insulin which only makes us hungrier.I was using powdered erythritol in whipped cream for keto desserts (very tasty) but due to the above wanted to try Stevia drops. In cream, I found the taste of these drops awful after only a few drops and no sense of sweetness at all.Summary:10 drops for a coffee was drinkable and no weird aftertaste but barely 'sweet' and seems it would be expensive for me long-term.Horrid in cream. And finally, I'm afraid everyone's taste is so vastly different you need to try it for yourself.

Synthetic and awful.
I’m not given to putting out negative reviews, but this is one of such rare occasions. This is a nasty and synthetic tasting product. It is awful, awful, awful. Had to pour a good cup of coffee down the drain. Avoid!

Changing to Stevia for keto
I've tried a different brand stevia which was powdered which was disgusting. But once I committed to keto and fasting the only thing I craved was sweetness to my coffee. It took a week to adjust (used to have coconut sugar) but I wouldn't be without it now.Value for money 100% as this bottle lasts forever. I have 5 drops in my coffee. And I used to have a teaspoon of coconut sugar.I also have the vanilla which I add to my coffee or greek yog. It really takes the edge off cravings and feels like a bit of comfort !
