If you like Brewer's Yeast, this stuff will please you. I chew the recommended 6 every morning with breakfast and they have that old-time pleasant taste and give you B vitamins. I like the glass bottle as well. Reliable product, always good.

When I found out brewers yeast can help increase milk supply I immediately ordered. It significantly helped my milk supply and my energy levels. The taste and smell isn't too bad. I don't really like taking 6 tabs at a time but other brands can have you taking 9 tabs a day. Definitely worth it.

I love Brewer's Yeast tablets. To me, they're a snack to suck on until they melt in your mouth. They are, of course, good for you too. (I know not everyone would enjoy letting them melt in their mouths--so you can chew them up or swallow them whole too.) Solgar is an excellent brand, so these tablets are of the best quality.

Judging by the condition of the jar, the product was clearly not stored properly. I’m not willing to take it internally when storage conditions have been compromised. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I bought these for the gut health benefits and skin/hair benefits.I was very happy with this until about one month in. I started getting bad breath.I didn't link the two together at first but I read somewhere that someone else got bad breath after taking these.I decided to stop taking these to test it out and 3 days later, no more bad breath!It's a shame because I really did like these.
