Excellent cupping set. It arrived very quickly and does include set of CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS! For the price this is excellent quality with a better pump and suction.

These are fantastic and are renowned for the health benefits they produce. I use these on my legs to give a deep massage and to improve the circulation in my body in general as it brings the blood flow to the skin. It has a fast release option so you don't have to worry about it being to harsh on the skin ,it will leave red cup marks on the skin but it does fade after about an hour but the health benefits are endless.You get many different size cups so you can use on your arms, stomach and legs actually most parts of your body, they also contain magnets at the end of the cups for extra health benefits. Very easy to use just place the cup on the part of body treating and apply the vacuum pump until good contact has been made with the skin.I use this to break down cellulite so I massage my legs with oil first then apply the cups meaning they can be moved freely along the skin without losing suction helping to break down the fatty lumps and giving a good vigorous massage. Or you can apply the vacuum cups and leave for 10-15 minutes and then move to another area. Ensure after use you clean them before using them again and if you need more info on how to use them just go to You tube as there are many great demonstrations on there giving you many tips on how to use these

Instructs were in small print. Had little information on magnet use and which they were.Good quality item, arrived as expected, well packed and value for money. I will trade with them again in the future

This is an ok product. Not good nor bad. Just ok. But you get exactly what you paid for. For its price the quality and the build are good. Do not expect to get the same quality cups that your chiropractor uses. Those are too expensive and for professional use. This one is a good product to have at home for personal use. The product comes with instructions in German but it is ok because there is not much information on it anyways. For an introduction on how to use the cups and the places to put them a video on youtube is good. If you want more inside on the subject I would recommend the book of Anada Priso - Cupping Therapy: An Essential Guide to Cupping Therapy, How it Works, and Its Benefits. The pump is good and it works fine all these months I have used it. The only problem with the product is the small and some of the medium sized cups. These have not worked since the beginning. The larger ones work fine so far.I would not buy the same product again, I would try something else and maybe something a bit more expensive to get a better quality. I would recommend getting one of the plastic or silicone cups. Do not go with class. They need fire and it dangerous and time consuming to prepare those. Either get the plastic ones with the pump or the silicone ones that you apply directly to the skin without any apparatus.

For this price point you get poor manufacturing and cheap plastic parts. Some of the cups don't work. Wasn't expensive so I'm not too disappointed i be feel good

Great beginner set and easy to get to get to grips with. If this is a method of self healing that works for you all you'd have to do is upgrade the cup quality but other wise these are more than adequate for a part time self healer and seeker of alternative medicine.

Went to a acupuncture Lady who used this method and I have no idea why but it seemed to help so rather than pay £40 a visit I bought my own kit for about £18.It arrived on time well packed and I am quite happy with the purchase. Why only 4 stars well as I say it seems to work and I still can't believe it! The acupuncture Lady instructed me how to use it even though it would loose her a customer.
