Bought these August 2023, from the beginning there were issues. The controls were constantly skipping, going backwards, power off. Sound would go out for a few seconds periodically and frequently. They would beep repeatedly and power off repeatedly. I have the Santana Cantos that I love, but these are awful. Now they won't even pair or charge all the way.

Works on average but it’s not comfortable to wear. It needs improvement. I would not advise getting this. The sound quality is decent but the fit causes discomfort after long use.

I bought 3 different brands of earbuds trying to find not only proper size but also sound quality. This fairly inexpensive set beat out a "mini bud true" and a "noise canceling live" set. I tested audio book for understanding speech and music for bass and clarity of instruments. The volume on my phone was set at 50% for each test. They other 2 pairs came across as if i had the volume at perhaps 33%. Also I appreciated the insert detailing the giving back contribution. I highly recommend this pair for anyone.

I was so excited to get them after all they’re a great brand and I love his music.. about a week later I started having trouble with the left one it would turn off of pause the music every 12 seconds.. at work I only wear one at a time incase a co-worker needs me.. anyways… if I have both in it seems to work.. they sound great I love them just bummed that the left one isn’t working properly

I liked these so much, I bought another one. The sound exceeded my expectations of what a good set of earbuds should sound like. I did not get these to use with the phone, so I can't comment on that. The price is affordable, and they easily connect via Bluetooth. There are a couple of things that I don't like. The first one is figuring out how to work the volume. I searched everywhere, Santana website, the product manual, YouTube, you get the idea. Nobody could point out the volume control. All I found was that you push the + button to increase the volume, and the -button to decrease it. The problem for me was that there are no such buttons on the earbuds. It took a while but I finally figured it out. The controls for the earbuds are a little icon towards the top of the earbuds. If you hold it down, you can increase and decrease the volume. The other thing I didn't like was how difficult these are to take out of the charger. If you fish around and can grab a little piece of the earbud rubber tip, you can take them out without too much frustration. All in all, they are a pretty decent pair of earbuds at a reasonable price.

These are so easy to pair, the sound odd amazing and they are really comfortable this was on the beginning. Now they cut out and won’t stay on. I have a blue pair I’ve had longer than works fine but the red ones have gone to garbage.
