This tea is really good. I had an unpleasant irritating cough but after a few days drinking this tea, the cough stopped and it cleared the mucous. It was very effective and tastes great with a thyme after taste and I've continued drinking it because it tastes so good.

It helps take out Fleme especially if you're a smokers that's why I bought it but it also tastes good,lol, it is a little expensive though, bring down the price and get larger boxes and I'll buy more amazon, Not the golden button but a big yes from me😊

Lovely herbal tea, bags can be used twice or three times dependant on I dividual taste. Not sure it helps with breathing, certainly doesn't hurt. A lovely tea.

I bought this for a friend so can't vouch for the health benefits but she said it tasted good.
