Use after knee surgery to exercise (slide) leg back and forth. Ps. I also use to move heavy furniture. Place under furniture and slide. This item has two sides one for hard floors other side for carpet.

These were the cheapest sliders for sale at the time ($6.99).They’re good quality; the plastic is thick, the rubber grips your shoe well, they’re bright pink so easy to find lolI will say if you’re at the gym and they have a grippy rubber floor, they will be difficult to use. You definitely have to use them on a a hard surface or short carpet. My gym has some fake turf and they work well on that also.5/5 stars - it’s a good buy!I will update if anything tragic happens, so no news = good news!

Good but peeling
They’re super cute and they work well. Only thing is, I’m a little disappointed because I’ve only used them about 3 times so far with the hard side down (ground) and the fabric is already pulling up
