Very effective
I absolutely love this product, I have been using it in conjunction with my diet plan for several weeks now and I will say that it most definitely acts as a meal, I have one every morning as I struggle to eat breakfast... this has become my breakfast source, and leaves me feeling full.I have all 3 flavours and love them all

Not bad taste. A bit too sickly tasting for me. Maybe try other flavour. Quite expensive

Easy to follow instructions.
I’m a very fussy person, in everything. But I purchased this product and have been really pleased with the taste. Strawberry and cream. I gave it a try and I’m one stone lighter and feeling great. I would recommend ‘Liv Smart’.

Not as enjoyable as other reviews may say
At first sip you think it tastes ok but has a cardboard aftertaste I have only had small made up bottles of protein shakes and they taste much better

Great shake
I don't normally do reviews but I can honestly say this shake tastes fab! Mixes really quick and easy, leave it for a few minutes and it's just like a milkshake. I've been looking for ages for a shake to mix with water & not milk. Weight wise I'm not sure as I have avoided the scales on purpose.

Good product.
Just received my protein and try for a first time today. Got the strawberry flavour and I love the test. It’s quite sweet but that’s ok, makes it easy to drink I think. Mix with cold water giving a feel of strawberry milk shake. The texture is very smooth and I feel quite full for 3-4 hours! I’ll definitely buy it again.
