Absolutely love these roasting bags, perfect for cutting down cooking time particularly with poultry. I have used these bags to also cook potatoes and veggies. Everything tastes lovely once cooked in this bag.

The only potential problem could be - we are trying to fit a 3 dimensional product into a 2 dimensional measured bag? They were confusing in that the cover implies that a whole chicken would fit into the bag. Ours wouldn’t! But that was more my problem?

I always use these when roasting meat. Not only do they make the meat succulent and very tender (chicken falls off the bone), but they also cut down on spluttering fat and help to keep the oven clean. They are quite large and easily take a small/medium - sized chicken and I have also managed to squeeze a large chicken in on occasion. I suppose you could cook chicken breasts and vegetables together in one but I haven't tried it. Remember to make a hole in the bag before putting it in to the oven to let the steam out otherwise there might be a bit of a bang!
