Just as described. Nicely made and would be great for very small pills, but very small internal diameter would not accommodate even my typical-size multivitamin. No fault of product. Should have done my homework. Sorry I can’t use it and will return.

This is perfect for nitroglycerin tablets which are tiny. It will hold over a dozen. It is so small you won't even know you added it to you key ring. It seals against moisture but is easy to unscrew to open. I call it my silver bullet.

I’ve no idea what this is actually made of, but it’s light and more than strong enough for the task. It’s incredibly helpful and easy to use. Great if you might spend a night out and not wake up in your bed. Or if you have pills you regularly or sometimes take during the day and want them right in your pocket when you need ‘em.And this *is* on the smaller side depending on the pill, but I find it comfortable in jeans pocket. Much bigger than this and wouldn’t want to carry it regularly.

Seems really good. I bought it hoping to keep aspirin along with Benadryl in it for emergencies. Doesn’t fit the Bayer aspirin I use. Benadryl fits no problem I’m sure. I didn’t try it but Benadryl is super small long skinny pills. Aspirin might fit broken in quarters possibly even in half but i decided to return it and get something bigger. Seeing it in person tho it seems high quality.

I used a pocket pill holder for a couple of years and this is a massive step up from that. No more scrambling to remeber where I left it, or finding it in the washing machine.Plus it is small and rounded at the ends so it doesn't add much bulk to my key ring.

The container is sleek, decently milled, as others mentioned it's quite narrow but nice looking. Unfortunately the keychain spring broke right away and shot tiny metal fragments into my finger. For the price I would expect a higher quality keychain. Not sure if I'll keep our return at this point
