Helpful and Informative
I liked that this book was concise, easy to understand and had practical suggestions. I don’t have time to be a “mother-earth herbalist” this book gave me short practical instructions.I also like the reference section at the back where I could further read/research source material.

The print is large, the book is thin and packed with a lot of useful information. Highly recommend. Easy to gain some great knowledge.

That now there are spices that add flavor but also help heal you.
Like learning about how I can make meals more flavorful and the added bonus of be able to heal my body atthe same time.
