Good but watch out for mics with support cages
It’s a good piece of kit but really fiddly to work with if your mic has a cage (such as my Neumann mic). I found it almost impossible to get the mic into the preferred spot in the centre of the Halo. I also found my Neumann U87 sitting a bit high.

Works as advertised!
In my 12ft by 10ft untreated dining room (three bare walls, bare ceiling, carpeted floor), this shield, with it's rear to a wall (oo-er), works a treat. It kills any notable room sound. (I'm using it with an Aston Origin mic, which screws in tidily, all on top of a typical mic-stand, the whole caboodle being now a permanent fixture.) Quite remarkable.
