The perfume making kit is wonderful. The instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow and the scents are divine! The seller was incredibly helpful when I messaged them and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. A real, genuine small business offering old-fashioned, caring customer service and a brilliant product. Can't recommend highly enough.

Liked kit idea wax and pots missing

Fun great product but some of the bottles were loose within the box. Could be packaged better to help prevent damage and leaks.

Unfortunately. the bergamote sicilienne had leaked and left only a small amount in the bottom. Fortunately, everything else was still useable. After a rummage, I read through the booklet. I found it very informative and I certainly learnt a few things. It's worth dropping the essential oils onto the strips, rather than smelling them straight from the bottles. I could pick up different notes this way, including ones that I wasn't keen on. It's also easier to see what the combination of scents might be like. I wasn't keen on the epice fumée, but did like the other two.It would have been better to give a weight for the pellets, rather than having to count out 50. Then again, it's such a light weight, that standard scales would probably struggle to pick it up. To make my own double boiler, I floated a Christmas pudding bowl in a saucepan of water, which worked. Everything melted well and I did two different ones. The first was 30 drops of rose gourmande and the second was 15 drops of bergamote sicilienne and 15 drops of rose gourmande. A small squeeze of my bowl and they filled the tins, right up to the top. The second one had a bit left over and so I tried it just after it had set. It had a lasting fragrance and I was more than impressed. An hour later, I tried them again. The perfume was smooth and strong, again, lasting well on the skin. Overall, I have found the kit to give me inspiration and with enough of the ingredients left to make at least 3 more, I'm keen to dig out my other essential oils and try different mixes.

This is a nice craft kit to make your own 'perfume' although the scents enclosed are really essential oils and are not really what I would class as perfume.The set is in a lovely box, beautifully packaged, but the 3 bottles had different levels of oil in them, and based on other photos, there was no consistancy! The info does say that they are not all full, but there was barely anything in the bottom of my bergamote, and it appeared that some had leaked in the box.The set is a nice idea but a lot of messing about for what is basically a mix of essential oils which are turned into a waxy 'perfume.'At £22.99 I think it is very expensive for what you get.On the plus side, it is vegan friendly and alcohol free, so can be done by anyone including children, with adult supervisio.Overall it's okay, but I wouldn't buy it again based on the scents provided, and the price.

Delighted to see this initiative of natural solid kit perfume making kit especially after I realised the perfumes on the market give me a skin rash/reactionThe instructions are clear to follow, everything included except for pot and bowl to melt the mixture. Everything is well thought of and attention to details in the instructions manual carefully considered. However, 2 of the essential oil bottles arrived less than half and one completely empty. Essential oil bottles need and upgrade and better sealed. This is the reason I took one starThis perfume reminds of South of France perfume factory, made of all natural ingredients and sustainable packaging.Great to experiment with different scents, according to the number of cocoa beans, the kit will make 6 little cans of solid perfume.I actually like the small size of metal tins, perfect for travel and to carry with you at work. An estimate for everyday use, once a day, one can should last at least 2 weeks.Overall very pleased with this initiative, the perfume is kind to skin so no skin reaction which is great. Also can use other essential oils according to your taste and preference.Easy to make, took me 10 min altogether, without waiting time to solidify, not fiddly at all and really enjoyed making it. Plus the kitchen smells amazingPlease change the bottles to avoid spillage/ loss of essential oils. Other than that, delighted with the kit
