Good, eventually.
When I received the rest I was keen to try it out and set off for the club. I was very soon bitterly disappointed with the results that I got using the new rest. After many trials and much examination of the unit I discovered that the large wheel which adjusts vertical positioning had been drilled wrongly causing a definite wobble in the vertical axis. I tried to contact the makers in the states by email but was ignored. I then discovered that they were on Facebook so left a message asking why my email had been ignored. Within two hours I had a reply which eventually led to the faulty parts being shipped over to me from the states.Since the parts were replaced the rest now works as it should and I am very pleased with its operation and it has increased my average considerably.
