Organic Masala Chai Tea by Mana Organics – Made with Whole Spices: Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Pepper, Staranise & Ginger blended with Black Tea

I’m trying to use less chemicals so I wanted a loose leaf tea and no possibly toxic tea bags. This tastes like tazo chai tea bags to me and I love it!

There are a bunch of masala chais on the market and currently a hard push on social media talking about the benefits of masala chai. I bought this product and it has great ingredients and the tea tastes great. It has a calming spice note and I’ll sometimes add a little extra to enhance the flavor. Boil in a pan to extract the maximum taste , pro tip I put my spices in a cotton teabag so that I don’t have to strain later and I also top up my tea with puh her tea but sometimes I like to add a a teaspoon of loose leaf tea into my “masala bouquet garnis”

I bought two different types of chai and of the two this one had the best taste. For the price it is so worth it. The other one was mor money but NO taste. I am sticking with this one.

I'm aware that Masala Chai is not made just one way. It's a preference and usually self made accordingly. This was made particularly spicy with (in my opinion of course) entirely too much peppercorn. I didn't care for it very much at all. However, if you'd enjoy a peppery spiced tea, I feel you'd enjoy this very much, sadly, I'm not a fan.

This tea has a great warmth with a hint of spiciness to it. It's great for winter when I want a little caffeine. It seems like this version has more authentic ingredients than some others I've come across, too.

Super peppery. And I mean that without exaggeration. If you like peppery tea this product is for you! I for one will pass.

I can make my own chai but when I bring my own ingredients together, I add A LOT of ginger and black pepper and I don’t care the type of leaves, but it started to give me a stomach ache. So when this masala chai arrived, I was hesitant.But y’all it is the PERFECT balance and no sugar added. I really am enjoying the mellow balanced flavor. And love that it’s organic.Definite recommend on this one!

I’m on a chai kick and wanted to try several different brands to get a baseline of what’s available. Rich complex flavor but just a little too much black pepper for my taste.
