This brought my bars up to a more comfortable position. I go on longer rides (50+ miles) so being more upright for an endurance position was optimal. Plus going in the drops is much more comfortable now as well since they are a little higher.

I got this adjustable stem to see if it would help make me a little more comfortable on my daily commute to and from work. The stock stem on my 29er put me just a little too far forward, and a little lower than my aging body preferred. Enter this adjustable stem from YAPJEB. With it, I was able to raise my riding position up and back just a little bit, so my lower back is much happier. Also, there is less stress on my wrists and hands because my full upper body weight isn't concentrated as much on the handlebars. I am finding with this stem in place, I can ride longer more comfortably.Of course, I am not as aerodynamic in the more upright position, and my bike doesn't look as sleek with the handlebars tipped up. This is a case of function over form for me though. Comfort over fashion.I give the stem 4 stars. It is easy to install, and it is easy to adjust. It is a little heavier than it needs to be for what it is, and the finish is a little on the cheap side. I have a similar stem on my other bike that has torque settings etched into the aluminum. This one is stamped. The markings look like they'd easily wear off. Overall, I think this is a decent value for the price though, so I'd buy another if I needed one.

I wanted a slightly shorter stem with a higher angle for my gravel bike. This one does the trick. It’s well made especially for $11
