The replacement for Weight control oatmeal is Fiber and Protein. I see no difference in taste, consistency, etc. So glad Quaker still has this option. I have been using it for many years and find it has lowest sugar (l gr.) than any of the other options, plus has the protein and fiber that keeps me filled up until lunch. A good product.

I eat this fiber and protein variety daily w berries . Good flavor(although I like food sweet so I add 1/4 tsp truvia) and guilt free regarding sugar, a winner!

Convenience of delivery to my door. However, the price seemed very high compared to local Grocery store. 🤔

The health value of fiber, muscle benefit of high protein, coupled with low sugar make this a winner. I like to use 2 packets -- one of these plus one original Maple Flavored (low sugar) or original plain (extremely low sugar).

Bought this for the disabled, retired gentleman that I care for part time. we needed to up his fiber and protein in his diet. Found this on Amazon and ordered it. it's ease of use is perfect for him as he only needs a hot pot to heat up water for the oatmeal. He really likes the flavors too!

i realized i had standards when it comes to artificial sweetnessthere's a sweet aftertaste of what i can only describe as like five packets of steviaand there's no way of washing itoutand i can't return it

This is a very healthy and good oatmeal. It is easy to fix.
