Bought these to help with De Quervains pain and they've been so helpful. Firm but flexible hold over the wrist and thumb joint without being too tight. I was able to sleep with them comfortably and go about my day without them getting in the way or rubbing. Pain began easing within hours and a few days later, I could take them off without pain. They can be used on either hand. Be careful about the size you get as other customers bought the small and said it was too small.

I have a connective tissue disorder but I am also an avid crafter. These little gloves support my wrist and thumb.I love the gel inside them and I keep the spare pair in a ziplock bag, in the fridge for when I need the cooling element.No splints but good support and comfortable to wear.I have little hands, my wrist is 5 inches round and the small was perfect for me.I also like that these can be used on either hand.They are also a decent quality. I have had the velcro ones and the glove types which dont last long without falling apart or getting too grubby. These are perfect. I do hand wash them though as I am not sure what the heat of the washing machine would do to the gel pad, but for £4.99 for two its not too tragic to replace themGoing to see if I can get them in skin colour too.

Wasn't expecting much for the price, but this is a really good product. It's a great fit and has really helped to ease pain and clicking in my thumb. Washes well, and it has a small oval silicone like pad sewn in which sits on the base of the thumb. Overall, would highly recommend.

I have only just received these today and am really pleased with how comfortable they are and effective at helping to support the lower thumb joint.The extra padding on the outer edge gives further protection from accidental knocks as well as providing a gentle firmness for support.The design also means that the rest of the hand can operate freely .The wrist section is quite firm as mine is close to the higher measurement for a small.

Not bad gives ok support but not enough, if you have pain under the thumb on the corner base of your hand then it won’t do much. It is good for wrist pain though.

Velcro is really good and fits perfect. Very effective and comfortable.

Good for short burst of use. Often I put on my painkiller cream on and then wear these. I would have preferred a more snug fit but I do have very small adult hands.

I thought a small would support my thumb and wrist better than a medium. The medium was rather loose. This doesn't support the thumb or wrist. It simply stops the blood from circulating. Around the thumb area and inner palm it's completely loose.This product make work for others but does nothing for me.
