Good Fit and Function
Perfect fit for a Ruger Mark IV Tactical with an AAC Pilot 2. Slides in smartly, nice positive lock, rides slightly low for an easier draw. Will take a beating. Can fit optics too.

What an absolute dandy
It's a fantastic holster. Light, strong (lol, plastic, duh), and it just fits everything well put of the box. I wish I could be snarky here and do something unexpected or fun, but no, it's really a good holster for the Ruger Mark series .22 LR pistols. Use it in good health.Update 8/25/23 with a cool idea:Holster is still working great. Replace the uppermost screw with a longer thumbscrew to be able to adjust out retention on the fly. That way if you're getting in and out of a boat or something, you can keep it locked down tight, then loosen it to do quickdraw stuff. Works surprisingly well. Love this thing.

It works... Kinda
It works... Kinda.I have a mark iv 22/45 Lite. It fit in the holster after loosening the retention screws a bit, but it wasn't a great fit.I returned it though, because I have a Rugged Oculus suppressor which is pretty much the same size as the barrel of the 22/45, but it didn't fit.Anyway, If you don't have a suppressor, and you aren't concerned about it fitting like a glove, then go for it.Problem is there aren't a lot of other great options for a reasonable price...

It works.
Good holster for Ruger Mk IV 22-45. I needed a holster for use at the range for classes and competitions. This fit the bill for a great price. Is it the best on the market? No. Is it the best at the price listed? Probably. If you’re on a budget, you can’t go wrong ordering this.

Great Holster For Ruger MK IV 22/45 Tactical
Holster arrived today. Slid it on to my range belt, adjusted the tension to my desired resistance and headed to the range. I've got a Ruger MK IV 22/45 Tactical with the upper/lower pic rails and a red dot sight , I didn't know if the holster would accommodate the lower rail but it fit perfect. The belt cut outs are large, but using my 2" range/duty belt there was no flopping around by the holster while moving around the range or when drawing the weapon. For the money this is probably the best MK IV holster on the market. Hoping I'll be able to use it with my suppressor.

Great for my 22/45
I have a suppressed 22/45 and this works great for either belt mounted use or drop leg with your own straps and such. It holds firm and I have no issues drawing, moving or running. Yeah you feel a bit like robocop with it on a drop leg setup but it is a great hunting sidearm holster when you need to dispatch squirrelbucks

loose
Used with a Buckmark. The barrel area is of far too large diameter, and doesnt hold the barrel; the only part holding the pistol is the trigger clamp. Also, I had to cut the top to accommodate a tandemkross reflex mount, which has a wide base. It wobbles around far too much for practical use.
