No button covers making phone very difficult to use.
The product is pictured with covers for the on/off button and volume buttons. Mine came without these, I didn’t realise that it was supposed to have them until I started to use the phone and couldn’t adjust the volume, turn screen off or double click for purchases. By this time I’d disposed of the packaging and couldn’t return.
