I have quite a few bird feeders around the garden and I needed a replacement for an old feeder which the sunlight had perished the plastic tube. I ordered this mainly for the modern brushed metal look but also because it came with a tray to collect the dropped seed. The feeder feels well made. I was a bit dubious about the trays when I opened the packaging as it comes in 4 quadrants that have to be pieced together and then screwed into the bottom of the feeder. This was a bit fiddly but when it was assembled it is surprisingly sturdy. If I had one issue it is that the metal loop for hanging the feeder tends to slide down towards the lid. This is only a problem for me be I take the feeders down at night and put them out again in the morning and when I try to rehang it can be tricky to guide the loop over on high branches. Other than that I am very pleased.

The small birds love this feeder and the tray does catch most of the spill. It was easy to assemble and is easy to refill and clean. And it's robust enough to last.

Very well made and looks good ,but the tray is far too small and would not catch much in the way of the seeds that birds throw out . It would be better if it was at least 12” dia ……way to help is not to fill fully.I have decided to return now.

Good feeder - well made

I like the fact you can store a lot of seed in them. They are stylish and we'll made and hopefully will protect the seed from the rain.

I’m delighted with my new bird feeders. I wanted one that stopped the mess on the floor and these certainly do that. The tray catches everything. They’re very strong and allow 6 birds to feed at once from the main column but then more can get access by feeding from the tray. They were very easy to put together (the tray comes in 4 pieces), but it was no problem.I’m so pleased with them and would highly recommend for any garden 👍

Good sturdy product. However, you need to unscrew it all every time to clean it which is awkward and time consuming vs other products on the market. After a year, the screw head thread had gone and I couldn't unscrew it, and I had to throw the product away. I wouldn't recommend.

Pleased with this item ,sturdy feeder, love to see the different Birds feeding from it ,the only down side is the Grey Squirrel's who come to feed
