The product arrived damaged, no magnets. I contacted their customer service and no help or reply. One of the clasps did work and broke after a couple of uses ( magnets fell off).

So helpful for layering necklaces--I love the look but it's a pain dealing with so many clasps every day. This makes things much easier and makes the set easier to store too. It also adds a little length which was a bonus for me.

It has all the sizes for most commonly needed hooks. The handles are smooth and the metal hooks are strong. The carry case is envelope style and fits into any project bag.

I was excited to get these and they work great but the problem I have with them is one of mine is already silver. So I don’t see how they can truly be gold plated. They are wonderful to add extra length to any necklace you want to make longer. The quality was a big disappointment for me. I will say that only one has turned to silver. The others have stayed the same. Not sure why this one changed color but they differently work. If the colored hadn’t changed it would be 5 stars. I didn’t wear in shower , took off at night and didn’t wear it all the time and changed color very fast.

I like the one I got and I use yellow one as a gift to my family and I don’t like later on. I’ll buy some more as a gift for other families. I really like it.
