Q: How large are the openings? I'm looking for 1/8 cup.

The pans for Madeline cookies take right around 1/8 cup of batter. USA pan makes a very nice version of that pan, I have one.

Q: Are all the 6 well pans the same size (overall dimesions) as the toaster oven 6 well pan?

I use a breville air smart oven. The USA pan fit in perfectly. I’m don’t know how a toaster oven size compares with a breville.

Q: Do I grease and flour this pan? How full do I fill them? can I do cornbread and muffins in them?

I have used many of the USA pans and you do not need to grease them. No matter what you are making it pops right out. It's the beauty of he USA pans. I wouldn't fill them all the way, maybe 1/2 to 2/3 full. You could even make mini meat loaf cakes.
