I didnt notice any diffrence taking this , my sleep doc said to put it in my cpap seeing it had no effect thevother ways sayin it may works with a direct way to the lungs from the humidifier chamber which it slightly did

I felt this item was very misleading I have previously use the small air cans of oxygen, which I really notice help me, especially when I’m exercising, I did not see any benefit whatsoever with this product, and after doing more research, I’m not even sure if it’s healthy.
