I bought this to run when power goes off, because I can set the power level within the capacity of the inverter. It heats well even on the lower setting, at least the 900 watts. I checked at 600 watts too with good results. If anything, it runs to the hot side of the displayed temperature, so have to turn it back to cook better. Its quick, and fan is generally quiet. Could not find a way to turn it off, but the delay button works, and removing the pan stops it immediately. I like it and sometimes prefer it over the gas range.

This was purchased as a gift. We have friends who are re-habbing an old house and they are living in it whilst doing so. They have had to cobble together a make-shift kitchen that gets moved to various rooms depending upon the stage of the project. After getting tired of just having a microwave and instapot, I thought this would make a nice alternative. The gift has gone over very well and has proved to be very useful.

I use this whenever I cook ramen or coffee in the morning. I am very pleased. I had never used a induction device before and I think thenext ti.e I buy a stove I'll be getting a induction range

Easy to use,it is fast in heating up andthe price is acceptable. My only negative is the temperature settings.The temps are regulated at ten degrees which make it difficult to simmer my oatmeal in the morning. I think that a five degree temp adjustment would improve this good appliance.

This induction cook plate is great. I have had it about a year and use it every day. It heats quickly and holds a temperature very well. All while using very little electricity.
