My order arrived without any instructions, had to download the app which is useless. So, how often are you supposed to use this treatment? I've used it once with no bother, just it wouldn't kill them to put a piece of paper with instructions in the fancy box.Also, this made me salivate like mad! Is it safe to swallow? BTW - it's made in China so no shock with the sub-standard delivery.

It is very easy to use this LED light and the gel doesn't cause any sensitivity to the gums or teeth enamel. Also, the results started to appear after a few uses.
