Overall looks good, delivery and installation service was smooth.

The product itself is good, and we purchased it based on reviews, so there are no problems with its quality or reliability. However, the delivery team had been the worst; they literally caused me a terrible experience. First, I ordered the bed on April 28 and Wakefit cancelled it on their own on May 15, wasting my half-month. Then, I ordered it a second time, and this time, they came to my residence on May 23 and refused to deliver, citing a lack of manpower to carry the logistics and instead they asked me to provide the manpower. I complained to Wakefit, but they did nothing, and after a lot of effort made by me they finally delivered it on 29 th may and that without installation process and finally today on 1 june they installed it so if you have lots of patience and plenty of time you may order this

A great product and the wakefit team were very good in installing the product i ordered a wardrobe a bed and a dressing mirror however the dressing mirror was broken rest was good. They said that water should not even tpuch this wood or else the wood will catch water good only depends pn its longetivity

I ordered the bed on March 12th and delivery was shown as 15-19 dates..But after 2 days showed as arriving on 15th..but it did not arrive 😔😔..so I kept on calling wakefit and amazon customer carefrom 16-19March cos the product was not delivered..so I finally told them that I'm going to cancel the order...but they said that due to technical glitch it was delayed and promised mee that they will deliver it by March 21 that is today...and finally I got it today and the installation of the bed was also done today...The product was awesome at that price...but the wait was long and delayed for delivery...so I suggest Wakefit to work on the delivery on the promised date so that they get more positive customers..cos their products are top notch when compared to all other branded beds....so I hope wakefit will work on it....The quality of the wood u can't find in top brand beds...so can go for it if you have the patience to wait for it😊😊

Though the bed is good quality. The after delivery service was a nightmare. It took multiple calls to the brand warehouse, customer care and amazon customer care for someone to show up yo install the bed.The bed was installed one week after it was delivered and the technician who came was rude and non cooperative.A simple request to shift the assembled bed to the room was met with multiple excuses.

Makes noises if you move on it. You know what I mean.

The product quality met my expectation. The finishing of engineering wood is superb.
