Very good filter for my shrimps tank.

Great filter . We have extremely bad water and usually the pumps get caught up with slime but so far this is working perfectly.

Practical foam filter with large foam capacity but only one issue.The plastic made air stone does make bubbles but it vibrates too much so overnight, you can hear it if you have it in your bedroom. I had to switch mines off during the night just because of this.I manage to find a small thin air stone that I replaced the plastic one with and this has stopped the vibrations now and I can only hear the popping of the bubbles when they reach top of the water line.If a better air stone provided, would give it a full 5 stars.

Doesn't even warrant 1 star. There is no air pump with this product, which is the most important part. Shouldn't be allowed to be marketed as advertised as very misleading to the customer.

Comes with the bio media attached in a seperate bag instead of preinstalled.This is a decently large sponge filter with plenty of room for suface area with more due to the bio media. The bottom comes apart easily enough to be filled with the nice amount of supplied media but you can put in anything you prefer. It uses a nice side nozzle option instead of the usual that goes straight down the middle which i am loving as when doing tank maintenance theres no risk of randomly disconnecting the air hose.The sponge stays on firm but does come off easily enough, the only thing i'd say with the "ultra quiet" is its down to your air line, if its high enough it'll make noise regardless but it is quieter than the others i have using the same pumps.

The description of the item states powerful pump. There is no pump with this product. I've paid £13 for a little plastic box with a poor quality sponge on it. Avoid this product due to very poor value for money

I have a lot of sponge air driven filters and this looked good. I set it up but within a few hours the air output was noticably different and when i looked the filter was pretty clogged. I'm used to cleaning sponge filters weekly but even my cheap ones last more than a couple of days.

It doesn't go to the bottom, and just gets clogged up , avoid
