Instant relief
Instant relief. I normally wear XL gloves and this large size support was perfect. It feels quality, I only had it yesterday so time will tell but it works well. I don’t suppose it’s any bulkier than other supports. A bit bulkier than NHS issued ones but this is neoprene.

Thumb brace
Size, fit and support for my sprained thumb; allowed me to do essential housework whilst protecting it. Exactly what I needed & couldn't find anywhere in Jersey, channel islands 👍

Really very very helpful.
Very painful thumb joint aching etc etc, was greatly reduced, wearing this. Extremely comforting! Within days, the pain eased, but it's there for the next time. Money well spent.

Comfortable, supportive, good quality and fit
[I received this product for free, in exchange for an honest review, as part of the Amazon Vine programme. That being said, this review is NOT swayed by that, and (as always) contains only my real thoughts on the product; good and bad.]I requested the ‘Willcom Thumb Brace for Arthritis Pain and Support, Spica Splint and Wrist Brace for De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis, Sprained, Tendonitis Injury Relief (Aluminum Insert Version, M, 5.75-6.75 Inch)‘.The thumb brace looks like the seller’s description and the fit is true to size, based on the seller’s size guide. The adjustable strap enabled me to adjust the brace so that it was perfectly aligned and comfortable yet supportive. The fabric is nylon and the fastenings are velcro, the padding inside the brace is comfortable, soft and it doesn’t rub. I have found that it is easy to wear during the day and at night, providing me with very welcome relief from pain in my thumb joint. For the price of £16.99, I think this is good value for the quality of the brace, it is well made and works well. 5 stars.

Sizing
The sizes stated are incorrect. My wrist measures 6 inches which stars size medium… it’s too big.

Didn't quite work for me, but well made support
To be fair to the manufacturer, I got this for a slightly different use. I am currently experiencing dystonia as a symptom of Parkinsons. By the end of the day my left thumb is clawed into the side of my index finger, so I was hoping this splint would provide spacing and more comfort. The brace itself is extremely well made, The stitching is good, fabric is very soft, with just the right amount of stretch. The velcro is excellent and 'grippy' and sizing is spot on.For me personally, the thumb splint doesn't come high enough up the thumb; I can still bend that top joint over the top. So if your arthritic pain is in the joint of your hand this will be great, but if it's in your higher knuckle it just doesn't provide support. However I'm going to wear it for now in the evenings because having my hand wrapped feels more comfortable and reminds me to check in with my thumb and see if I can release it a little.

Good for the job.
Comfortable & doesn’t snag on other clothes as much as some. However it tends to lose the adherence at the end of the strap
