Need to consume more than you think (there are online resources for dosage) but outstanding for pre-workout consumption combined with Baking Powder. Take at least 20-30 minutes before your workout that's 1-2+ hours in length.

Kind of a neutral taste., not good not bad. I drink it for the benefits. Good value for the money.
