Full featured adapter
This adapter does it all. I like that it has 2 sockets (1 universal and 1 US/Japan) and plenty of USB A and C sockets. The plugs fit nearly every outlet everywhere. It is bigger and heavier than I expected, but this is a full-featured quality item. It includes with lots of unexpected extras like an instruction book that also lists every kind of outlet in every country, spare fuses, and a little travel diary! The only thing missing that I would like is a light showing when it is receiving power from whatever outlet it is plugged into, because sometimes when things don't work it's because you're using a dead or switched outlet and a power light would make that very easy to detect.

Worked perfectly in the UK
This adapter worked like a charm. Used it in England for 10 days charging multiple phones, my laptop, and also used it with my hair dryer. Comes in a nice zippered case for storage.

Works fine on USA circuit.
Have only used here in US on 60 HZ 120 V standard US. USBs and two US standard plugs work just fine. Will try later this year on 50 H 230 V European.

Stopped Working After 5 uses, but manufacturer refunded money and replaced
This is an update to my review of the failed adaptor. The manufacturer reached out to me and not only refunded my money but also sent a replacement for me to give them another chance. I thougt this was great customer servcice so I will give them 5 stars for trying. I am not currently traveling, but later on this year I will be overseas again and I will definitely try it again and reevaluate it. So many other people rated it 5 stars so I must have had a defective one, but they made good on it, for which I am grateful, even though I was out for the 30 day return window.Bought this in September 2024 for upcoming trip to London. Stopped working after only 5 uses. I can't get credit or return it because it's been more than 30 days . Trying to contact manufactuer to no avail. Don't purchase this adaptor.

Reduces my adapters and chargers to one device while traveling internationally
This is exactly what I needed for travel. It converts from every plug type to every other plug type. Also has three USB-A and two USB-C ports for charging. One of the USB-C ports can deliver 35 watts. Also has an extra two prong US type socket to power an additional device. Now I can charge and run everything I need from one adapter while I'm traveling internationally, rather than carrying multiple adapters.
