Je fais du xl dans d’autres marques mais la taille L est juste parfaite pour moi chez carhartt .avec cette veste je peu bouger,je ne suis pas du tout à l’étroit et surtout je n’ai justement pas l’impression d’avoir de veste sur moi alors que si. Maintenant plus qu’à tester ça cet hiver pendant les températures négatives mais je ne me fais pas de soucis .en conclusion je n’ai jamais été déçu par cet marque.JAMAIS

Bought this for my fiance for work and casual wear every day and he loves it. The full swing feature is awesome and the jacket gives when he's swinging his arms. He plans to wear it for work but is warm enough for winter right now in Canada.

The Good: 1) Jacket is light-weight, 2) Water-resistant, 3) Fairly warm, 4) Fits slightly big (good for layering underneath), 5) Material has decent stretch giving it a wider range of motion, 6) Has 6 pockets (ie: 2 outside seam pockets, 2 outside chest pockets, 2 inside pockets).The Bad: 1) Hood is too big (not sure if it's adjustable but couldn't find anything resembling a drawstring), 2) Double zipper doesn't zip up easily (not good if you need to up zip up fast& if it's cold outside), 3) Hem of jacket is made shorter than say a Full Swing Armstrong jacket. It does rise up to your belly if you raise your arms up high, 4) The cuffs of the jacket have a strange hooded, asymetrical design instead of a conventional, all around, circular, symmetrical design.Although descriptions & images of the jacket seemed good, after trying it in person, it just wasn't good enough for me despite the good outweighing the bad here.

I didn't rate the water resistance since I haven't had it out in the rain. Field service work, warm van to client but my windbreaker lighter jacket didn't cut it. I'm not in the elements all day but this is perfect for my needs. A little heavier than my usual but it's what I need. 29 degrees tomorrow and this will break the wind and cold. The double zipper that others complain about, I'm guessing they have never used one. No issues for me but I've had them before. Just to be picky the one inch square white labels could be modernized. Takes away from a great styled jacked. It's a keeper. Delivered on time as usual with Amazon. If it leaks for short term rain and storms and in them I will update the review. Can't go wrong. Size was perfect for me.

Ok so I’ll start off with my body size/weight/frame: I’m 5’-9”, broad chest and shoulders , 197lbs. Now I bought this jacket and before I did I read the reviews and saw people writing that it runs big, people of my size my height and weight were getting medium size but I thought no way I always take a large, well when it came it is true it was just too big the sleeves are too long there was already enough room with the style of it so there was too much room actually, I had to return it-just got my medium and it fits absolutely perfect, I gave it five stars based on the fit the style the comfort but only time will tell as the winter comes but so far I love the way it feels I’m glad I got the medium I wish I got the medium first and didn’t have to go through the return process, awesome jacket though!!! Highly recommended
