The item was effective and minimized my pain.

Can be easily manipulated to form by cutting with scissors. But, leave them on for too long, they're a little difficult to remove, creating unpleasant 'blood blisters' where the skin contact point was.

I’m not one for writing reviews, however, I had to with this product. I have now had this product for over a month and here is what I have to say about it…First of all, it’s brilliant value for money, great for on the go use, travelling or a mess free way to get some relief.I want to add, that I suffer with fibromyalgia and have used these during flare-ups, during the night and whilst out with my kids (summer holidays).These are effective, not immediately but once it’s been on for 20+ minutes, it gets very warm and can be left on all night for example, with constantly heat, without dissipating.The 60 patches come in 6 sealed bags with 10 patches in each bag. I have one in each room/ bag/ car.Overall, I can’t really think of a negative overall, great for aching muscles, aches, pains (nerve and bone) and even period pains too.I hope this helps someone!

I’d give this zero stars if I could. The patches omit zero heat, just a menthol kind of smell and they don’t help. I used it over clothes and no use, then tried on skin and it felt like my skin was being ripped off upon removal. Don’t waste your money.

Did like the easy comfort wearing the patches which will remain in place even in bed. Not so keen on the process they use to work which can irritate the skin particularly in more sensitive areas. On my upper arms they were great but tried them on my wrist and the chemicals quickly irritated. Box contains 6 bags of ten patches. Ten bags of six patches would be more useful as I found there’s a limit to regular use and that means some unused patches in an opened bag for a few days so I’m concerned on shelf life. The big question is would I buy more? Absolutely yes! Surprisingly effective in my case and inexpensive not cheap. Sadly I have to update my review and downgrade it to 3 stars due to its major limiting factor of repeated use. After a week of daily use I can no longer use the product due to skin intolerance irritation.

They take a good time to heat up. Be carefull,sometimes the skin gets very hot.
