Had a template instorage box so if put away can keep all the pieces safe.
Love that the pieces can be stored in a template so harder to lose. Quality is great.

Arrived in great condition; impressed with the quality, too
I was concerned after reading some reviews, and seeing some of the photos, that indicated that this set might arrived scuffed up or in otherwise shoddy quality. But I’m happy to report that my chess/checkers set looks perfect: it looks just like the official photos provided by the manufacturer. The quality is great, too; nice solid wood pieces with a smooth finish, and all of the magnets appear in place. Would highly recommend this one!

My son receive this for Christmas! We love the quality of the board and the wooden pieces. They are neatly stored in the bottom of the board. We have found that the chess pieces are magnetic but not the checker pieces.

Very nice quality
Seems to be a great quality set that will last a long time. I love how each piece has a slot inside the board. The only thing that would make this better would be to have the board magnetize closed vs the clasp. The clasp could scratch a table top if you don’t flip it out all the way before flipping the board over.

Love it! Perfect for chess on the sofa....
My son often wants to play when I'm lying on the sofa after a long day. The magnets are just strong enough to hold their position without being annoying. I'm recovering from a TBI and chess really makes my brain work. It's a good thing.Overall, it's a nice set for the price. My son loves it and dutifully puts each piece away when the game concludes. It's nice to see that every piece is in the case before closing it up.You won't be disappointed & it's a great way to engage with another human instead of online gaming. 🙂

Very nice Board
I bought this for a classroom. The case is sturdy, the wooden pieces are high quality and beautiful. Everything is self-contained and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
