Very perfect geyser for home and kitchens purpose and very sustainable and very good to use and easy to use and very convenient and safe product and once we heat water it remains hot for the whole day and no need to heat every time. Very effective product and I recommend those who to buy

This is a best geyser i bought it for 5999 and absolutely worth it, not much functions at all simply just a thermostat, easy to use, at full temp. requires about 17-18 min to heat, and at normal about 10 min, would recommend this to one who don't want fancy functions.Just one thing I didn't like is bajaj don't provide installation, also if provided they charge for it not free.everything else good.

Water start dipping just after 1 hour of installation. Made call to Bajaj CC, they logged a complain and ask to wait for 24-48 hours. Next day technician visited and just clean the Gyser and said it will not happened again. Closed the complained taking OTP as water stop dipping that time.after 30 min same issue occurred and have to logged another complain and asked to wait for 24-48 hours. But no technician visited (worst support buy Bajaj).Made call to amazon, explained the issue. They put replacement request by confirming next day delivery.But replacement product does not deliver on time and rescheduled for again for next day. I keep waiting entire day but product does not went Out for delivery so made call to Amazon CC again around 6 PM and asked for timely delivery. After some time it mark Out for delivery.Around 10:15 PM (just after delivery time line cross, status updated as Delivery cancel as exchange fail in quality check. But best part is, no one visited at my home as well no phone call from delivery agent. They cancel the delivery their own buy putting wrong information. (Worst delivery experience with Amazon) want to give -ve star for this but does not allow here. :)After making call to amazon CC, they raised return and next day took the product back. But i lost INR 700 for installation and uninstallation + nut bolts chares.So, over all very bad experience with this product and amazon delivery.

In the listing specifications it is clearly mentioned free delivery and installation worth 600 by the brand. The installation was booked by me and he said it is chargeable. I contacted amazon customer support and they raised a complaint to Bajaj. They called and saying this model doesn't have that facility. I am very unhappy how amazon without verifying about this and adding free installation and pipes in the listing specs. Unhappy but installation done by myself.

I have recently purchased a Bajaj geyser, there is no problem with the geyser but there is a lot of difficulty in the installation. I called customer care several times but did not get any response from the customer, here they said that we have taken your complaint and the engineer will call you and come. But till now no engineer has come.

The geyser works fine, but there are some major drawbacks. First, essential installation parts like water pipes and bolts are NOT included, making setup a hassle. The geyser takes about 10-15 minutes to fully heat the water, which is decent but not the fastest.Installation Experience:For installation, I’d highly recommend getting a local technician instead of using the Urban Company service provided by Amazon. The Urban Company installer only hangs the geyser on bolts (which are not included by Amazon sellers nor by Urban company) and leaves. They even charge ₹200 for two bolts that cost just ₹35 each at a hardware store. You end up paying extra for installation, making it a waste of money. Better to hire a local installer for a complete and cost-effective setup.Would have been a much better experience if all required parts were included in the package!
