I’ve been a fisherman all my life an used many different brands of knife including dick knifes then a got this one an all a can say is if you do a lot of filleting then this is the knife forget bout the money it’s worth every penny goes through the fish like butter stays sharp unbelievable for boning we can’t actually believe it’s that good an if you get one get a fishgar sharpener for it an only use it to sharpen the dalstrong with the blade has already adapted to the sharpener it’s an unbelievable knife BUY ONE!!!!!

This is the best fillet knife we have ever used. Superb construction. Highly recommend this knife, although it's just a little expensive.

The that was nice and as described. The quality was as described as well regarding case which Kimberton was hard leather and kept the knife in place and not loosening of the sharpness. I would recommend this product

Had many fillet knives, mainly bought through fishing shops. They are not a patch on this quality knife. I use it regularly and its yet to lose its edge, brilliant knife and worth the money.

Haven't used it yet but I shall be later , on first impressions I am very happy with the product feels like good steel and a lovely handle , also very well presented.

Been processing fish for 30 years, this is the best knife I’ve ever owned. Forget Wustof, forget Victirinox, Dalstrong is the way to go!
