Excellent Performance with a Minor Heat Issue
I've been using the 10GBASE-T SFP+ Transceiver to upgrade my network, and it's been performing flawlessly. The ability to convert SFP+ to RJ45 and achieve 10G speeds over copper Ethernet is a game-changer for my setup. My data transfers are lightning-fast, and overall network efficiency has noticeably improved. One thing to be aware of is that the transceiver gets extremely hot during operation—almost too hot to touch. While this hasn't impacted its performance or reliability for me, it's something to consider. I'd recommend ensuring your equipment has proper ventilation to help manage the heat.Despite this minor issue, I'm very satisfied with the product. If you're looking to enhance your network with 10G capabilities, this module is a fantastic choice. Just keep an eye on the temperature, and you'll be all set!

Don't buy these.
I bought the two pack of these and both units would only work for about 48hrs before needing to be unplugged. This behavior was not due to overheating, and it wasn't device specific (it crashed in my router and my switch). Would not recommend for anyone who likes their network equipment to work for more than 48hrs straight.

Plugged in an immediately auto-negotiated to 10G!
So if youre like me, you have a NAS with 1G networking and a gaming/media PC that you like to copy to and from the NAS. This one has 2.5G networking on the board itself. So, I have been trying out various methods to get faster networking in my mini-itx NAS (Jonsbo N3 case) and stumbled upon a few cheaper 10G AQC107/AQC113 cards.Well, they are supposed to autonegotiate to 1G/2.5G/5G/10G, but it would only do 1G no matter that it was plugged into a 2.5G switch. Well, my switch has 2x SFP+ ports on it, and 10G capability, so I went and purchased this, and BOOM! Automatically getting 10G connection under Truenas Scale, and copying to my gaming PC at 2.5G perfectly now. I may add 10G later to my main PC, and I would most certainly add another one of these to my switch. Highly recommend this, especially for the price!

Works great with TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti switches
Used these in both TP-Link Omada switches and UniFi aggregation switches. They are plug and play, recognized right away and link at the full 1000Mbps speed as they should. Normally I stick with 10Gtek as my go to brand but decided to give these a try and they work excellent. They are being used as both trun/uplinks as well as downlinks to some APs that are using external power injectors. Have had these in service for over a year now and they are problem free.

Works Well but Runs Hot
The module works as expected, but like most SFPs, it runs a little hot. Not a defect, just something to note.

Works with the Banana Pi R4 (BPi-R4) 👍
I wasn't sure if this would work with my Banana Pi R4 (brand new hardware, very few reports of what works) but I just tested it out and it works great! OpenWRT (version that came with the BPi-R4) was able to detect it and load the driver for it automatically. I changed the config to use dhcp on eth1 and *it just worked* 👍I didn't do any benchmarks but I'm sure it's fine. I am able to pass traffic (already scp'd some things) and everything is working as expected. I used it with a gigabit Netgear switch and it autonegotiated 1000Base-T instantly (as it should). I didn't have to fiddle with anything! Exactly what I was hoping for.

Works like a champ, no issues at all
No issues auto-negotiating a link or anything else. Has been in service for about a year so it gets my 5 star approval.
