Great design, easy to use, with easy card instructions and also with an explanation of what froths and does not.I did not use it for the first few days as I do not usually take milk in my coffee unless its got that frothy texture, in other words, when I am out and about.But I had a coffee at a friend's house recently with one of these, and I thought, wow!I have also been wanting to alternate my coffee with matcha, which I also like and buy plant-based milk for.I tried my matcha with the Coconut barista milk and it was really good!Still have to try out the other dials, and I am sure I will. I run a women's friendship salon at my house once a month, I am looking forward to offering them a decent coffee with a cafe shop style milk.Easy to clean, and you get a foam spatula as well to wipe the interior crevice in the milk barrel bit.Recommend and good price in comparison to others on Amazon.

Honestly it's got 1 star because it arrived on time and looks good. I would not recommend buying this. It started out OK first few uses then the milk started catching a bit on the bottom. It's cleaned after every use as I've had milk frothers for years now. Now it's so bad half the bottom burns the milk during one use. It burns it so bad that it's brown and then it's so stubborn to get off especially without scratching the bottom. I contacted the seller for a replacement. Still no reply. Im now returning it to amazon and buying another elsewhere likely going back to a well known coffee brand

My daughter has one and made me a dairyfree frothy coffee when visiting her abroad, so I thought I'd try this one. I found if I leave the in whilst the water is warming the froth forms easier! Micro froth is the better one. Barista style milk was ok. Minor figures everyday Oat (Amazon) has kept its froth to the end! REMEMBER use the inner marks and less rather than more. SpeedY making the froth, takes a couple of mins. Keeps hot. Basically a great functions, great buy for dairyfree :)

Great milk frother. It has 4 different settings. Very easy to use. I have used semi-skimmed milk and it has frothed really well. It also come with a small spatula to help the milk out ,a washing sponge to clean the appliance and a spare whisk. I think it's good value for money and so far I am very pleased with it.
