After reading reviews of this product, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I agree on many fronts. Very low beefy, aftertaste, and immediate effectiveness. Made in USA.It’s very important to me that my supplements be what they say they are. I am pleased to say that this fits the bill. I would suggest drinking with lots of water, obviously can make things a little slow going for some people.I would definitely purchase again on this company

Please note this product is “non-defatted” and if you look that up, it means the vitamin A levels are high, and vitamin A is fat soluble so it will build up in your body. As some other reviewers note, there are no details available as to how much of what is in there. Another odd thing is that I literally never get headaches, but it seems like these give me a mild but persistent headache. I have been taking one per day in case it’s too much vitamin A for me (I also take a multi) or too much iron, or anything else. I started this for the copper because I thought I might be taking too much zinc via other supplements, and an imbalance is not good. But since I don’t know how much is in here, it’s a big question mark.

I recommend this supplement to everyone I know. I have better and more steady energy, I only have to take 4 instead of other brands that recommend 6, there is little taste, all around a game changer for my health. It was also wonderful for my normal healing after birth control!
