There were no instructions with this lock so I downloaded instructions online and found that none of the suggestions worked.In Buyers favour they did refund me immediately

The lock is a lot smaller than I expected and feels very flimsy hopefully it will last a test of time

Wrong description of shackle/shank
Pictures says that diameter of the shackle/shank is 6mm. Pictures shows that's for sure it's way less than 6mm. Paddlock could be good maybe for suitcase.

Came with no instructions on how to set the combination for the lock so absolutely no use.
