I've been reading about the health benefits of thymoquinone, which is a phytochemical compound. This seems like a good supplement to try it and see its benefit. This supplement also has some other beneficial ingredients like beet root, turmeric and apple cider vinegar powders along with vitamins B12 and C. There are several other ingredients as well. The gummies are easy to eat and taste good too. The bottle contains 30 days supply if you take 2 per day. I am starting with only 1 per day and seeing how that goes for me. So far I like this product, but it usually takes time to see if any real benefits arise.

These gummies have a different texture than most. Not bad just different.The flavor is terrible to me.I will finish the bottle but will not order again.I am taking them for overall health.

The gummies are easy to eat, but taste more like grape than honey/black seed oil. I like the mix of ingredients and the convenience of being in a gummy, but feel overpriced since it's not 3rd party certified, made in USA, etc.
