Easy and convenient
I was tired of taking so many pills every day. These patches are so light and easy to put on. I don’t even feel them. Especially nice that I can put one on before bed and remove it in the morning. Comes off easily when pulled but stays in place while sleeping.

I’m not happy with the reaction I had. I got sort of restless legs and a racing heart a few hours after applying.The adhesive is nice and I like the idea of these.

This is the 2nd brand I've tried and I'm believing that none of them stay on! Therefore I suggest another way to get your vitamins. You won't get them with these. 😢
