In this book the pictures only explains everything .if u dnt have time to read whole 200-300 page's book then u must try this one cz pictures are really good n most important is common mistakes done by physiotherapists Is also shown,so making sure that ull do it correctly each and every technique. so its a really amazing book.

The book is simplified and explained simple language so that each person can understand very easily.Picture in it explain each technique in a very simplified way..
