Perfect
I am very pleased with the Swedish Rosette Iron 4 Piece Cookie Mould Set! The metal molds are sturdy and well-crafted, making it easy to create perfectly shaped, crispy rosettes. The handles are comfortable to hold, and they heat up evenly, ensuring consistent results with every batch. Cleanup is also straightforward, as the molds don't stick. Overall, this set is fantastic for anyone who loves making traditional rosette cookies—highly recommend it for both beginners and seasoned bakers!

Exciting
I had a Swedish ancestor and she must have used irons such as these. So I'll be recreating something of my family history. But even if there is no Swedish in your ancestry enjoy :- 1 large egg, 1 heaping tablespoon of sugar, 1 cup milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix together until creamy and free of lumps. Let irons heat upright in oil before dipping them into batter . Dip iron into oil and rosette should release into oil. Let them fry until it looks like its browning, and then use a fork to flip it over. When that side is brown also remove with a fork to drain on paper towel or a paper bag. When cool, dust with powdered sugar. A drop of jam can be placed in the centre also. It looks pretty! Make sure the iron sits in the oil between each rosette so it is hot. I alternate between 2 irons. NEVER WASH the rosette irons. Just wipe them off real well with paper towel and store in a plastic bag

Something different
Used “Writemaggie” recipe in comments. Thanks Maggie. First time I have made this. My photo is a little on the grey side. Blaming the camera 😂 I found the star shape easier than the flower, the flower just didn’t pick up the mixture even though I left the intensil in the hot oil. Pleased with my first attempt but a bit of practice is needed I think. Now the consistency is like Yorkshire pudding. Would that be right?

Average
I ordered this set to make rosette cookies. Ended up only using the flower shape, as the other ones didn't look very good. That's not an issue though. What I didn't like about this, is the handle being a bit too short, so your hand is too close to pipping hot oil when you're making the cookies. I'm not going to buy another one as I already spent money on this, but if I were to recommend to a friend I'd tell them to buy the other model which has a longer handle.

For asians
The media could not be loaded. It would have been fine if this comes with 3 Handel’s for 3 shapes. Trouble to change and same time you can make different shapes..
