Mind you, like most protein cookies, these aren’t exactly low carb or low calorie. I either eat half of a cookie or use one as a meal replacement. A whole one is pretty filling.But these cookies are good. For my money, much better than any other brand I’ve tried, and I’ve tried every brand I’ve seen available. The texture is a little dry, but much more like an actual cookie than any other I’ve tried - not super dense and hard to chew through or crumbling into dust. I buy a box about once a month to have for quick lunches at work.

Even warmed up in the microwave, these are MEH. It’s also 480 cal for one big cookie. The protein to calorie ratio is not worth it. I cut mine into four pieces. For the calories protein, etc. I’ll just eat a real cookie.There are better options that are tasty and offer a better ratio of protein to calories. Kellogg’s special case chocolate peanut butter protein bars, or legendary’s chocolate ‘pop tart’

Product its self is fantastic, I love it. I’ve bought them from local health food shop for a long time so I thought I’d buy bulk on line and save some money. Problem was it was poorly shipped. The flimsy manufactures box they come in which is for shelf display only was placed in a bag and shipped and were completely destroyed upon delivery. I’ll for sure buy this product again but definitely not from this seller.

For a protein cookie they are pretty good to me at least, my male roommate however couldn't finish them. They also have a lot of sugar, so even tho these may help in a moment of weakness they probably won't be a repeat purchase.
