The media could not be loaded. I considered buying a much more expensive unit, but this has worked fabulously. I have given my dog five baths in the past two months since it was installed I did have a professional plumber install it. He had to go to Home Depot to get some other parts. I’m not sure if that was because what I had in the house for plumbing needed to be exchanged or if the unit came with the wrong parts?? I don’t know, but either way, I think it was a great value for the money and I’m glad I didn’t spend $700 more with another brand

The dog wash station is a blessing! It makes dog washing so much easier. The only criticism I have is about the ramp. It’s so light that it slides under the tub if the dog runs onto it get in the tub. I just used my foot to brace it the other dogs. Love it!

we purchased for home use as we have 3 alaskan malamutes. the 50" tub size is great and works in most areas. the value is amazing compared to similar ones online going for $500+ more.Pros: price, comes with fixtures, plumbing lines etc. very well packaged.Cons: stairs/design a bit flimsy, drain a bit on the cheap side but useable, water hoses are much too short and will need to get longer ones for a majority of installations.overall id say if you're in the market for a dog wash station but you don't want to break the bank on a pricey one then give this a shot!

I haven’t got to use it yet. But it was easy to put together. Can’t wait to put it to use.

Took a little longer then advertised to receive but a great product overall. We really enjoy it compared to the bath tub.

Absolutely do not purchase anything from VEVOR.I purchased direct from their website. The tub was significantly damaged in shipping and I refused delivery. After nearly three weeks they are saying they do not have proof it was refused despite their own tracking number information indicating it was refused and me sending video of the shippers loading it back onto their trucks. Sadly seems I will need to file a claim with my bank.

OK, it works, because it's essentially a stainless steel bucket for your dog. However, the quality is really marginal on a number of points. First, look at the rust I have a picture of - this is within a month of having it and like 4 baths. Second, the design and weight of the stairs is really flimsy - my dog can't get up or down it because its so unstable - and he's 45 pounds - so I basically have to lift him into it. Lastly, despite there being copious amounts of film you have to tediously peel off of the stainless steel - and I mean an hours worth work at least - there are still scratches all over the stainless steel. Was expecting more out of the product.
