The description of this oven does not state the need for the unit to be used close to a runnng water source with psi 20-25 psi. This oven does not bake evenly. Foods, i.e. pizza, bread, cake, will burn on the top before the bottom is cooked at all. The temperature settings are not accurate as measured by a digital thermometer. The steam blows put the top of the door rather than circulating in the oven. I cannot recommend any feature or function of this oven.

It would seem this is a nice oven, but who knows. The instruction booklet is a three page non-specific basic advertisement. It does not tell you how to use the unit. It didn’t come with any of the parts needed to make it functional other than a plug-in and two racks. Nothing for any of the steam function at all, and when I called and asked for some kind of a manual what they emailed me was another three page advertisement, it had no specifics. So I’m still lost. I have no idea how to use this unit. And the download from the Q-Code was not readable and I have an iPhone. That’s relatively new. geez, I’ve been putting around with this for almost 2 months now and still don’t have anything usable.

Unable to use the top rack, too close to the burner and bakes too hot. The oven says it fits half sheets but has no room for proper heat distribution as the pans take up the entire rack space. The product also arrived with a dent on the side of the control panel, it appears several rivets have fallen off and operates noisier than expected.
