Really works, my sleep has improved! Easy to swallow too.

Unfortunately I cannot tolerate this herb,I did not realise that people with an auto immune disease shouldn't take this.My fault I should have checked prior to buying.

Actually surprised how well this supplement is working; I have been taking it, and a previously purchased bottle, all over the winter months, it has improved my sleep, and as a consequence helped with my general energy levels. I also haven't suffered from any colds, or other annoying winter viruses for the last 12 months.The capsules are quite large in size, but I found them easy to swallow; and with 40 days supply in each bottle, rather good value as well.

Like an other reviewer here, I do question some of the labelling. Ashwagandha isn't grown in the UK, however i do believe that the tablets contain what they say as they effects appear to correlate.I've taken it in the evenings for calm and relaxation and to help with sleep and it appears to help me there. Certainly a decent price and overall I'm happy to recommend.
